Spur Gear

Spur gears are among the most frequently used designs in gear technology. Our production is designed for demanding geometries and fine tolerances in the plastics sector, which means that spur gears can be implemented efficiently and reliably at Laudenbach Formtechnik. Suitable processes and materials are also available for special requirements in the small module range (min. m=0.5).

Special Gear

Special gear teeth go far beyond standard tooth geometries and are tailored to specific requirements. A hybrid toothing system enables a significant increase in power transmission and comes very close to the strength of aluminum.

A particular challenge for toolmaking is to incorporate the optimized part as a negative into the injection molding tool in order to ultimately obtain an injection molded part with the increasing demands on accuracy that go far beyond what the plastic itself can provide!
