For the precise design and calculation of gearing, we rely on gear software backed by extensive in-house experience, enabling reliable dimensioning of gear components. For subsequent design, we always use the latest version of SolidWorks, allowing us to provide our customers with 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation of the highest standard.
Our designers accompany every project with their many years of experience in plastics technology and gear manufacturing. From the outset, we consider manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and technical requirements, ensuring fast and smooth implementation up to series production.
We are also happy to support you with specific technical challenges and jointly develop individual solutions tailored precisely to your application.
Sample
We produce near-production sample parts exclusively within the context of specific series orders. For initial functional tests or installation trials, we provide simple 3-D printed samples as needed. Our focus is always on practical feasibility – for results that will also impress in series production.
Toolmaking
Our in-house toolmaking department ensures short communication channels and fast response times – whether for adjustments, maintenance, or the production of series inserts. With our comprehensive equipment, including milling, turning, grinding, wire, and sinker EDM machines, we achieve a high level of vertical integration, thereby supporting a smooth series production process.
Production
Plastic Injection Molding
In our production, we rely on fully automated Arburg injection molding machines – ideal for medium to large series. We combine high reproducibility with technical precision and operate reliably in multi-shift mode. Whether technical plastic or glass-fiber reinforced material: your requirements are directly incorporated into our manufacturing process.
Precise Hobbing of Metal Gears
Our expertise in hobbing metal gears is based on state-of-the-art, fully automated machines, guaranteeing maximum precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Our manufacturing spectrum includes fine gearing as well as larger gears in the module range of 0.3 to 2.5.
We specialize in small, medium, and large series production, thus covering a wide range of requirements. Whether it’s precise small batches or cost-effective series production in high volumes, our processes are designed for consistently high quality and short lead times.

Quality Monitoring
Our quality assurance accompanies every project from initial sampling to ongoing series production. The goal is to continuously monitor and improve product quality and our processes.
Dimensional Accuracy and Optimization during Sampling
During initial sampling, the actual data of the manufactured part is recorded three-dimensionally and compared with the target volume model. Based on this, potential corrections to the mold insert are derived. This leads to targeted optimization of the tool and subsequent series processes.
Monitoring of Series Production
Ongoing production is monitored with special measuring equipment, for example, through rolling tests according to drawing and customer requirements. All test results are documented and archived for several years, thereby ensuring full traceability.
Series and Special Tests
Depending on requirements, we conduct series tests up to complete testing on customer-specific special test benches.
Endurance and Functional Tests
Our in-house gear test bench is available for endurance and functional tests. Here, speed, temperature, humidity, efficiency, and power can be tested and evaluated to destruction. Our quality assurance sees itself not just as a control authority, but as an active component of process optimization with the aim of continuously developing the quality of our products and processes.
Assembly
Our gears and assemblies are meticulously hand-assembled in-house. We deliberately rely on trained specialists instead of automated processes – for maximum precision, flexibility, and tangible quality. Your requirements are always our central focus.
